This is an appeal from the district courts denial of a motion for summary judgment based upon the defense of qualified immunity in a civil rights action alleging unlawful termination of employment in retaliation for exercise of First Amendment rights to free speech. Because we find no violation of a clearly established constitutional right, we reverse.
